Thaddeus. She has her bachelor's degree from Concordia University and a Masters' degree from the University of Louisville.  She is an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and a big Jimmy Buffett fan. She has been a top producer in business development with a nationally recognized company increasing new business sales 170%. Becca has also worked with her family's five businesses\, been a 2022 Boss Lady of Indianapolis and a 2023 That's What She Said Event Speaker. In 2025 Becca was nominated for Women's Thrive Summit as the Speaker of the Year and Best Positive Impact Nominee.\n\n\n\nShe chose to be a coach because of her passion to help others see their potential\, pursue their dreams and goals in life.
