DESCRIPTION:Join our AEC Network (Architects\, Engineers\, and Construction) for an afternoon of networking and a deep dive overview of the Hyde Park Development.\n\nFollowing up on the success of their Billion Dollar Tour\, AEC has selected key developments for a more in depth look at the plans and opportunities for business. \n\n\n\nThis event is open to all individuals interested in the business opportunities this large-scale development will provide. \n\n \n\nThursday December 7th\n\n2:00 - 4:30PM\n\nReception & Networking 2:00 - 3:00PM\n\nProgram and Q&A 3:00 - 3:45PM\n\nSmall Group Van Tours of Site 3:45 - 4:30PM\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Hyde Park=\n\n\n\nThe City of Noblesville and MAB Capital Investments partnered to establish Hyde Park\, the 274-acre master plan development to encourage investment and foster economic development within walking and biking distance of Hamilton Town Center.\n\nThis project provides an infusion of residential options near Exit 210 and several Noblesville attractions\, Mayor Chris Jensen said. The plan also increases the real estate assessed value from $527\,000 to an estimated $142 million once completed.\n\nHyde Park will include a variety of businesses\, retail\, restaurants\, residential and recreational uses within and adjacent to Hamilton Town Center. Examples included in the master plan include a senior living community\, multi-family\, and townhomes\; in addition to mixed-use\, office space and neighborhood-serving retail.\n\nHyde Park provides the city with a long-range plan in one of the most sought after areas of our city. This project gives us a vision plan to help guide development trends\, said Sarah Reed\, community and economic development director. These are suggested uses and each piece of the project will come through the Noblesville Common Council as a new development.\n\nNoblesville-based Bedrock Builders will serve as development manager for Hyde Park.
