DESCRIPTION:It is halftime at the State Legislature and tomorrow's Westfield/Noblesville Chambers Legislative Coffee is your chance to catch up on bills heading towards passage.   We will be joined by Westfield's State Representative Donna Schaibley and Noblesville Chamber's government affairs consultant Justin Swanson of BOSE Public Affairs Group to provide us with insights.  Congresswoman Victoria Spartz will also be joining us to offer a federal issues update.  \n\n\n\nThe event begins at 7:30 am. From 7:30 - 8:00 am those in attendance network over coffee with one another. At 8:00 am the Chambers introduces the Coffee Speaker(s)\, who speak for 35-45 minutes. There is usually time for questions at the end. Before we adjourn at 9:00 am\, we will share a brief update on upcoming chamber activities.\n\n\n\nThis coffee series is a joint effort of the Westfield & Noblesville Chambers.  We welcome all.
