Free Know Your Numbers Cholesterol/Glucose/Blood Pressure Screening
To ensure that you will be screened, please arrive by 11:30 am to secure a screening opportunity. Fasting for 10 hours is recommended for best Total Profile results. Please be sure to take all necessary medication and drink 8-16 ounces of water prior to the screening.
No appointments necessary. Screenings are facilitated on a first come, first serve basis.
