Glorious Fourth
Do you know why you celebrate the Fourth of July? Find out when you join us for Glorious Fourth at Conner Prairie. Doe-See-Doe! at a barn dance, scavenger hunt through 1836 Prairietown and sit front-and-center for the cannon firing demonstration in the 1863 Civil War Journey. Experience how this great American holiday was celebrated in the 1800s. It's a red, white and blue weekend of patriotic feasts, games and fun sure to create memories and smiles all year long. Saturday, July 2, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Sunday, July 3, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Monday, July 4, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Admission is $14/adults, $13/seniors 65+, $9/youth (ages 2-12), free for members and youth under 2. For an additional $10, learn how to fire a Civil War era musket while learning about Indiana troops who fought in Gettysburg July 1-3, 1863.
