Lunch & Learn: Monday Morning Leadership #4

Are you ready for Session #4?  Join us for this informative Lunch & Learn series, featuring four separate sessions designed to help managers accept responsibility for their teams' performance.  This series will provide practical tips and strategies for raising performance levels.  Throughout the series, learn how to become a driving force in your organization, manage your falling stars, middle stars and superstars while developing strategies for taking control of your time.

Jake Doll
Sandol & Associates

Doll is the president of Sandol & Associates, located in Noblesville, IN.  Doll has over 40 years experience in corporate business from product development, operations & manufacturing, up through general management.  His background includes many years of working with companies in the Far East, South America and Europe in procurement and sales.  Doll is a member of the Noblesville and Hamilton North Chambers.  He is an Air Force veteran and graduate of Purdue University.
