"Old Mill Festival"

“Old Mill Festival”

Downtown Noblesville will once again be hosting the “Old Mill Festival”, on Saturday, June 8th from 9:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. It will be the fourth time this bi-annual event has taken place in the heart of the downtown Noblesville Square.

Downtown will also be bustling with activities in celebration of the “Nickel Plate Art Weekend”.  You won’t want to miss the Noblesville Lion’s Club “Annual Pancake Breakfast” on the Courthouse lawn!

According to event chair Peggy Kulmer, owner of “A Corner Cottage” there will be seventy plus juried vendors on hand selling antiques, vintage and handcrafted items. It will be a great weekend to “mill around” in downtown while celebrating Noblesville’s rich mill heritage.

Kulmer shares why events such as these are so important to communities,” I personally believe in the Noblesville Main Street organization and I am committed to the vital work they do in keeping Downtown Noblesville thriving and vital. I want to do whatever I can to further those efforts.”

Renee Oldham, Executive Director of Noblesville Main Street stated, “We are very fortunate to have someone like Peggy who not only understands the economic impact of a thriving downtown to a community but  who is also very generous of her time, talents and resources and her willingness to give back to the community that she loves.”

The event is sponsored by A Corner’s Cottage, The Times and Noblesville Main Street.
