Riverview Hospital Foundation 'Heartfelt Thanks Golf Tournament'

Please join the Riverview Hospital Foundation for the 21st Annual Heartfelt Thanks Golf Outing.  Since conception, funds rasied through this charity golf tournament are directed to Cardiology and Vascular Center. 
The “Heartfelt Thanks” tournament is one of Hamilton County’s premier golf outings, providing you with a great opportunity to take a break from the office and connect with community members and business associates. Best of all, your support will have a BIG impact on Riverview patients.

To participate, we have 2 team options:

Corporate Package - $1000
This includes:  Cart and green fees, lunch and dinner, on-course refreshments, (8) Mulligans,  (4) Raffle Tickets,  and (4) skirts for ladies’ tee off

Team Package - $750
This includes: Cart and green fees, lunch and dinner, and on-course refreshments
